Weeding for Wildlife at Glory Hills

Join us at our Glory Hills Conservation Lands to remove invasive plants from the trails and riparian areas. Removing the weeds will help other native plants grow better. We will also be installing a bat box interpretive sign for visitors to have a better understanding of the installed bat boxes, and bats in general.

We will meet at 8:30 am and carpool to the site, getting back to Edmonton around 3 pm. Wear appropriate footwear and clothing, and bring a lunch, water, and a camera or binoculars if you'd like. Tools, gloves and extra snacks will be provided. Additional information will be sent to you several days in advance of the event.

Email Meghan at meghan@ealt.ca to sign up or for more information.
