Hicks is full of grasslands, forest, wetlands, and bats! Come help us investigate these elusive nighttime creatures in this joint event with the Edmonton and Area Land Trust and the Nature Conservancy of Canada.
We will meet at 8 pm at Hicks, carpooling available upon request. Wear sturdy shoes and comfortable clothes, and bring a headlamp or flashlight, water, bugspray, and a camera if you'd like. Rainboots or waterproof hiking shoes are recommended due to wet grass. Additional information will be sent to you several days in advance of the event.
