Protecting Pollinators Presentation - Online

Join us on March 1 at 6pm to learn about our native pollinators and bats that call the Edmonton and area home!

Pollinators are critical for both our natural ecosystems and our food security. Many of our food crops require pollination by insects, as do the native plants that wildlife rely on for food and cover. About 1/3 of the food that we eat depends on pollinators. Unfortunately, pollinators around the globe are experiencing alarming declines, in large part due to habitat loss, degradation, and fragmentation.
