Join EALT and our partner the Nature Conservancy of Canada at our Hicks property, located east of Edmonton. We will be working together to remove weeds and old barbed wire to make the habitat healthy and safe for wildlife, as well as clearing vegetation from the scenic loop trail.
We will meet at 8:30 am and carpool to the site, getting back to Edmonton around 3-4 pm. Wear sturdy shoes and comfortable clothes, and bring a lunch, water, sunscreen/bugspray, and a camera or binoculars if you'd like. Tools, gloves and extra snacks will be provided. Additional information will be sent to you several days in advance of the event.
